If you do not want the Summary page to be your default login page, clear the Make Default Login Page checkbox at the bottom of the page. You can get back to the Summary page by clicking the MDaemon icon in the top left corner.
Click the title bar of any of the four sections to switch to that page. The Summary page is divided into four sections and gives you a quick view of four major Webmail features: the Message Listing, Tasks, Notes, and any upcoming appointments on your Calendar. The first page displayed after you sign in to the LookOut theme is the Summary page. The Lite theme has a more static set of controls. The main pane on the right is dynamic in all but the Lite theme, containing toolbars that change based on the page you are viewing, and containing other key elements such as the Message Listing and user settings.

I have just mentioned in another post that when I disabled my IIS URL Rewrite rule for HTTP to HTTPS redirects webmail appeared to work more consistently. So over the weekend I have been trying to workout what may be causing the weird issues. So I have worked through all the FAQs you provided and I believe all my settings are correct.
